Erotic Business School with Sarah Belpedio
Erotic Business School is a convening of leaders who want to pioneer a new way of doing business.
I have worked inside non-profits, Fortune 500 companies, startups, and founder-led brands for over a decade. I have seen what doesn’t work over and over and over again.
Most businesses we see out in the world were created by somebody’s mind, not somebody’s body. The difference can be felt. having worked behind the scenes in many of these organizations, I can tell you – creating a business from the mind becomes a very expensive endeavor.
When engaged correctly, business can be a generative force for your life and the lives of those who interact with your business.
When we follow the “rules” of business at the expense of our own way, we end up building an inefficient organization that becomes difficult for our bodies to maintain. because it is not resourced by life, we end up needing to pull in outside resources to maintain it.
When we follow the pace of our bodies, there will always be resources available. when we allow the mind to influence our decision making and push us to move faster, we get out ahead of the energy, and end up playing a perpetual game of catch up. we’re trying to hold something that we don’t actually have the capacity to hold yet. it wears on our bodies, depletes our resources, and eventually leads to burnout, lack of inspiration, and things just not feeling good.
Erotic Business School is a convening of leaders who are interested in paving a new path and being in collaboration with other entrepreneurs who are committed to doing it their way.

Community Tea with Sarah Belpedio
Join us for community tea in The Sanctuary
Gong fu cha is the traditional Chinese art of preparing tea. Considered an internal martial art, the practice of preparing, serving, and imbibing this sacred master plant is a sacred process of external and internal alchemy. We gather together around the tea table to attune more deeply to our senses and cultivate an experience of collective being.
For centuries, the teahouse has been a cultural hub and gathering place where people from all walks of life may come together gather together to share what’s on their hearts and minds. They have served as spaces for artistic expression and community organizing and offered refuge in times of chaos.
In this tea sit, we will journey with a variety of teas from ancient trees in China and Taiwan.

To lead is to be asked. To lead is to listen. To attend. To something beyond yourself.
Emergent embodied leadership is an ongoing cultivation, how we live and step into our lives on a daily basis.
Choosing to orient towards possibility, towards vitality and towards the complexity of wholeness.
Leadership is taking responsibility for one’s role in this world and for the knowledge one receives. Knowledge can only become knowing through a deep turning of the soil and community reflection.
I get asked tons of incredible questions, every week after class and through email. This container is intentionally bringing those important questions, self-inquiry and transformational experiences and healthy struggles of YinWarrior study into a collective dialogue.

Jaye Marolla is a a somatic educator, martial artist and bodyworker. Founder of YINDOJO and YinWarriorship.
