As a neurodivergent woman with complex trauma, Sierra deeply understands the importance of integrating mind and body to foster a sense of physical, emotional, and spiritual wholeness. She brings empathy, compassion, and insightfulness to her work, establishing a foundation for safety and co-regulation.

Sierra is a certified Usui Reiki Master and Intuitive.  She incorporates many modalities into her work including: meditation, breath, somatic awareness, parts works, and spiritual psychology.
